Olivia was a very grateful 6-year-old girl. She lived in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. Her family described her as “insightful for her age, and had a great sense of humor”. She always lit up a room when she walked in. She had a great laugh and an equally contagious smile! They also said she “was very creative and was always drawing and designing things!” She took art and dance lessons. She also played tennis, soccer and swam. She was a girl scout. She loved school and did great in reading and math. She was also involved in theater. She would always be the one that said prayers at dinner.
On December 14, 2012 Olivia was attending her local school when a gunman first killing his mother then forcing his way on to the campus shot and killed 26 people, 20 of whom where young children under the age of ten. As first responders arrived the gunman decided to turn the gun on him self.
